I’m still pregnant (can you believe?) and into my 3rd trimester which means my energy is waning and my brain is moving slow. I hope you had a great calendar transition to 2024 and January is starting off smooth enough… 2024, what will it bring!?

I have a limited number of offerings left before I go into full nesting mode pre-birth. I’d love to see you be that virtual or in NYC. For my paid subscribers, keep scrolling for recordings to the classes hosted in December and New Years Day in case you missed them.

In-person NYC schedule:

Sunday January 14, 10:30-12pm at The Curative (Astor Pl and Broadway): Open level yoga class in a beautiful tucked away space. Cloud practice is how I think of it :)

Sunday January 21, 2:00-4:30pm at Live the Process Studio (Franklin and Church): Postpartum Prep: a Mini-Retreat for Moms-to-Be. Join Abby Paloma, Sophie Green and I for an afternoon of yoga, conversation and education about getting ready for the “4th Trimester.” Tools, practices, support. Online option available!

Tuesday January 30, 6:00-7:00pm at Live The Process Studio (Franklin and Church): Open Level yoga class, moving with intention for a grounded evening practice.

Sunday January 4, 10:30-12pm at The Curative (Astor Pl and Broadway): Open level yoga class in a beautiful tucked away space. Our last cloud practice for awhile!!!!
