WordFence security scan reports that EnlighterJS is abandoned, presumably because it hasn't been updated in a few years. Just pushing a new update with a new version number and updated compatibility info will likely be plenty to make it happy even if there's nothing else new in the release.
Plugin Name: Enlighter – Customizable Syntax Highlighter
Current Plugin Version: 4.6.1
Last Updated: January 20, 2023
Details: It was last updated 2 years 2 months ago and tested up to WordPress 6.1.7. It may have compatibility problems with the current version of WordPress or unknown security issues. Get more information.

Yep I have the same issue
IMHO it is the best plugin for what it does. But life gets in the way sometimes. So sadly the author may simply not be in a position to maintain it now. I don't know.
