What is the Shopware Boost Day?

Shopware Boost Day is a virtual meetup for our technical community — a space to share ideas, learn from each other, and just spend some time building things together.

Expect a mix of short talks, deeper technical sessions, and hands-on coding. Nothing overly polished, nothing overly formal — just people from the community coming together to exchange knowledge and try things out.

We host Boost Day in gather town, where we’ve recreated our office space. It’s a bit playful, a bit different, and a nice way to run into each other, have spontaneous conversations, or just hang out between sessions.

If you’re up for a day of learning, coding, and connecting with others from the ecosystem, we’d love to have you join.

What can you expect this time?

This time, we’re diving into very practical areas: debugging Shopware more effectively and maintaining high code quality when working with coding agents.

There’s also space to just sit down and build — whether that means picking up an open issue, contributing for the first time, or working through something that’s been on your list for a while.

Nothing you have to prepare for, nothing you have to “present” — just real topics, real problems, and people figuring things out together.

That’s why there’s a session on setting up a simpler test environment using the PayPal Sandbox. The goal is to take some of that friction away, so you can test with confidence and focus on getting reliable results — without the usual back and forth.
