Post-Hugo-conversion + post-bare-root-fix re-audit.

- 2026-05-19 — 39 (pre-conversion, old hand-edited gh-pages)
- 2026-05-19 — 54 (post-conversion, before nav.yaml leading-slash fix)
- 2026-05-19 — 79 (post-nav-fix + JSON-LD dateModified)

134/169 applicable checks passed. Remaining gaps are mostly markdown
mirror checks (alternate-link, content-negotiation, mirror-suffix —
hard to do well on GitHub Pages without a build-side .md generator),
some code-block language-tag work on the verbatim-ported pages, and
BreadcrumbList JSON-LD which we're deferring.
