Add option to output autocomplete into stdout

I do not like when third party tools edit my configuration files. I would love to have something like:

```sh
$ b2 install-autocomplete --shell fish --stdout
# or
$ b2 completion fish
```

Similar to other tools, such as:

```sh
$ docker completion fish
$ mise completion fish
$ pnpm completion fish
```
