Comment notification settings are visible even if comments are disabled:
notify upon comments...
notify upon replies to my comments...
Steps to Reproduce
- disable comments (admin user)
- go to: preferences -> notifications -> manage
Expected Behaviour
If comments are disabled, comment notification options should be invisible
