This issue depends on the initial DPC implementation: #768

For additional DPP on Windows we need to implement disallow to connect if:

• Windows doesn't have antivirus software installation
• Disallow to connect if antivirus database is older then X days
• Hard disk is not encrypted
• Active Active Directory domain association
