(bug:mobile) use_loader doesn't work properly for some APIs.

**Problem**
- In https://github.com/hackartists/ratel/blob/feature/android-mobile/app/ratel/src/views/index/component.rs#L93-L99 , it causes stopping applications hanging in calling APIs. 
- Specifically, it seems not to reach the request to the server.
    - Before the hook, use_user_context works properly making a API call to /api/auth/me

**Steps To Reproduce**

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

- `git clone git@github.com:hackartists/ratel.git`
- `git checkout feature/android-mobile`
- `cd app/ratel && make android`

**Expected behavior**

- It should show main screen properly.
