Expected behaviour:

Rtorrent plugin connecting successfully to server defined in URI parameter

Actual behaviour:

Rtorrent plugin fails to connect to server with 404. Appears to be missing port config when connecting.
Worked normally on 2.3.x.

Steps to reproduce:

• Use rtorrent plugin with port different than 80

Config:

    rtorrent:
      uri: http://localhost:81/RPC2

Log:
