- BENCHMARK_PROOF.md — Full reproducible proof of all benchmark results, defects found, remediation applied, and the promotion ledger from v6 → v10. Every claim has a runnable command.
- QUICKSTART_STEPBYSTEP.md — 10 concrete steps from
git cloneto running your first governed promotion cycle. No assumed knowledge. - HOW_TO_GROW.md — The full growth path: Stage 1 (richer exemplars) → Stage 2 (train the transformer) → Stage 3 (RLHF) → Stage 4 (quantise) → Stage 5 (domain specialisation). Includes honest ceilings for each stage.
- USE_CASES.md — Concrete domain applications: robotics and autonomous systems, website/app control, medical decision support, financial services, DevOps, education, edge/embedded deployment, multi-agent systems. Includes what is NOT a good fit.
This folder contains the historical and topical design record — acceptance gates, phase reports, model family progression, release checkpoints, and prep/promotion docs. They are preserved for provenance and technical depth, not as the primary entry point for new users.
