In Resources, Prompts and Gateways screens Edit button does not populate most of the fields.

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

1. Got to an existing Gateway/Resource/Prompt
2. Click edit
3. Name, URL, URI, Description not filled in popup

🤔 Expected Behavior

What should have happened instead?

1. UI fields in Edit screen should be populated from the database values
