Bug Description

Hi there,

I've recently observed something in the IDS tester HTML report. I ran a check using the attached file, which prohibits IfcDoor from having a property 'NotDescription' from a property set 'MySet' with a value 'n/a' using DataType IfcLabel.

This check should flag a door, but the HTML report just states 'Skipped'.

I tried using Solibri, and the spec worked as expected. The IDS validation tool states that the file is correct. I think there's a bug.
