Need to update the Code of Conduct (https://juliacon.org/2024/coc/), especially updating the reporting since we don’t have a conference Discord. So deciding who will be on the list of reporters, like in 2017 (https://juliacon.org/2017/coc.html), and getting those folks on the page.
