Carousell/Button "New Environment" box with Stacks behaves differently

Description

Expected: When we open the "create new environment" modal with a click on the carousell or with a click on the button above, the exact same modal with same behavior should open - one just prefilled, the other clean empty.

Actual: If you open the modal through the carousell, the modal is a little bit bigger in height and the "Stack" section is bloated, as if a View-Element would be 2px to huge. Here is the thing: If you click somewhere else - the modal shrinks back to normal size! This only happens if we open the modal via the carousell, not with the button!

Reproducible steps

1. Open App
2. Click on carousell on any Picture
3. Click somewhere else, doesnt matter if a radio group, button or just the modal background.
4. Go back.
5. Click on "Create New Environment"
