To set the environmental score for an asset:

2. Edit an existing asset to change the environmental score by selecting the degree of importance (None, Low, Medium, High) to each component.

You can export all of your vulnerability reports within your program. This enables you to keep and run analytics on your program's vulnerability report data in an organized spreadsheet. You can also export reports for any [child programs](parent-child-programs.html) associated with your program as well. The .csv file doesn't include the comments.

To export all of your reports:


To add a new group and set access rights:

2. Click **Add Group**.

3. Write the name of the group in the **Name** field.

4. Select the permissions you want to enable for the group. You can select from these options:

When hackers see an invitation to your program, they can choose whether they'll accept it and participate, or reject it. If they reject the invite, they can optionally provide feedback on why they were not interested in your program. Hackers can also provide this feedback when leaving a program they’ve previously accepted an invite to. If you don't see any data in your feedback dashboard, it’s possible that no hackers have:

* Choose whether to provide a positive or negative rating for the hacker.

* Select 1 of 4 preselected areas where the hacker excelled.

To enable hacker reviews:

2. Select **Turn on** for *Review reporter*.

To give a hacker review:

2. Hackbot will prompt you to give the hacker of the report a review. You can choose from:

* Yes, it was great!

* Could have been better.

Regardless of whether the review is positive or negative, the hacker will receive an email with the contents of the review.



To enable Human-Augmented Signal:

2. Select **Enabled**.

To set your invitations:

2. Enter the number of reports you’d like to receive every 30 days in the **Report volume** field. HackerOne recommends starting out by setting a target of receiving 5 valid reports every 30 days.

* The report volume is measured by the amount of valid reports submitted in the past 30 days. Valid reports include reports that have been marked by you as <i>Triaged</i> or <i>Resolved</i>. Reports that are left in <i>New</i> or marked to any other state won't count toward this goal. Learn more about [report states](/programs/report-states.html).

3. Click **Save**.

Sometimes you might want to issue your own invitations to hackers. If you need to issue your own invitations to particular hackers as an exception:

2. Select how you want to invite the hacker in the sentence that starts with **Manually invite a hacker by**. You can choose to invite a hacker by selecting either:

* Email

* Username

It's important to have good communication with hackers as it enables them to know what's going on with your program. In order to communicate any changes or announcements with your hackers, you can use the Message Hackers feature.

To use the Message Hackers feature:

2. Select the recipients of your message. You can select from these options:

Signal Requirements enable a program to set a Signal threshold that hackers must reach in order to submit reports to the program. If a hacker falls below the threshold, they will have a restricted number of reports they can submit to your program. This will improve the quality of reports programs can expect to receive from hackers.

To enable Signal Requirements:

You can configure specific HackerOne activities you'd like to receive Slack notifications for.

To set up your notification configuration:

3. Select the public channel to post to in the **Post to Channel** field.

4. <i>(Optional)</i> Select **I want to use a private channel** to post your notification to a private channel, and manually type in the name of the private channel.
