The "Refresh Pull Request Comments" command does not work. #8445

The "Refresh Pull Request Comments" command does not work as expected. While working on a feature branch with an active pull request, I can see new comments on GitHub that were added within the last few hours. However, even after running “GitHub Pull Requests: Refresh Pull Request Comments” multiple times, I do not see the new comments in my editor. My last resort is to do a "Reload Window"
I tried to follow the logs in the Ouput panel, but there are no logs for the "GitHub Pull Request" channel when I run the command.
