PR titles are being cropped with ... even when there's enough space to show more.

This is a problem because sometimes information differentiating the PRs comes at the end of the title.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load github pull-requests tab
2. Expand the panel wider than the longest line
3. Notice that despite there being enough spacethe titles are still cropped
