As a follow-up to #2439, we'd like to refactor our knowledge chapters into individual components as well.

• They should live in a new knowledge/ folder and are now identified by the IDs MASTG-KNOW-XXXX (alternatively we could use an alias).
• Once all the content is split, remove the original chapters.
• Make sure the scripts rebuild the content for the PDF
• Update mkdocs.yml

• 0x04c-0x04h
• 0x05d-0x05j
• 0x06d-0x06j
