Pre-Flight Checklist

Describe the bug

The Meeting Menu is sized wrongly on different Monitor Sizes

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Start Better Crew Link on a Monitor with a Aspect ratio of not 16:9 (mine is 32:9)
2. Go into a meeting
3. now the overlay is sized incorrectly

Expected behavior

idk how to describe it just fitting to the meeting screen
