Summary

Add printer profiles for the Creality SparkX i7, a CoreXY FDM printer.

Profiles included

• Machine profiles: SparkX i7 base + 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8mm nozzle variants
• Filament profiles: ABS, ASA, PETG, PLA, PLA High Speed, PLA Matte, PLA Silk, PLA-CF, TPU
• Process profiles: 17 profiles covering 0.06mm SuperDetail through 0.56mm SuperDraft across all nozzle sizes
