Config files would be useful for adding username and password for sharing to HydroShare and for configuring, say, default file and directory locations. Or for configuring multiple parameterizations for comparing the results.

To accompany this, v0.2 will also feature parameters optimization of some kind.

The due date is not until September 30. This is to give us plenty of time to iteratively implement all relevant optimizations properly.
