Description
Soften Portrait may be rendering incorrectly. It just seems to change the hue a bit when its meant to look more blurry, its hard to say if this is just a change on Pintas part compared to old paint.net but it might be worth looking into.

To Reproduce
Just use the effect like normal.

Additional Info
Left is Pinta, Right is Paint.net 3.5.11 running on Linux. They actually do have some things in common which is why I wanted to report this one on the off chance this is indeed a bug.
