Issue observed with ssh.exe (while feeding password) and ssh-keygen.exe (while feeding paraphrase)

Ex.
C:\openssh>ssh-keygen.exe -t rsa -f id_rsa

When asked to enter passphrase, try Ctrl+C or backspace
