I keep seeing questions/requests about supporting other platforms, so here is all the information I can currently give.

Note

"Officially" means releasing it on the official stores for those platforms.

  • Playdate (Definitely possible, but performance is a concern)

  • Minecraft Server (Using Minestom and JNI) (takes a lot of effort)

  • Nokia N-Gage (Supposedly also has really outdated toolchains)
  • Palm/HP webOS (Little to no info about toolchains and SDL support)
  • Xbox One/X/S via UWP (would not be made by an organization member due to the fact none of us use Windows)

Not Planned

  • Standalone kernel (this would require pretty much rewriting the entire engine to use C and not require a standard library)
  • TI 84+ CE or older

  • BlackBerry 10 Native (Developing and running new apps is pretty much impossible now due to BB signing servers being permanently shut down)
