1. Tor Browser with Custom Config
   Tor can be configured to change IPs at set intervals. By editing the torrc file, you can set MaxCircuitDirtiness to a low value (like 1 second), which forces new circuits (and thus new IPs) frequently.
   You can also run multiple instances of Tor with different SOCKS ports and assign each browser tab or window to a different proxy.

2. Tor IP Changer (GitHub Project)
   A tool like tor-ip-changer lets you request a new identity every X seconds using the Tor client. It acts as a local proxy and can be paired with browsers or apps that support SOCKS4/5. You can even run multiple proxies simultaneously.

3. Custom Script with NordVPN or Similar
   While NordVPN doesn’t natively support per-tab IP rotation, you can script it using their CLI to reconnect to different servers at intervals.
   This video shows how to automate IP switching every few seconds using a batch file.

4. Backconnect Proxies or Residential Proxy Networks
   Services like Bright Data (formerly Luminati) or Smartproxy offer rotating residential proxies. These can assign a new IP per request or per session, and some allow sticky sessions per tab. They’re pricey but powerful.

If your goal is anonymity or scraping, Tor is the most accessible and flexible. If you're doing something more commercial or large-scale, rotating proxy services are better suited.
