Currently, only one course can be selected and assigned to a user at a time. However, in real scenarios, a new joinee may need to be assigned multiple courses during onboarding, which is not possible with the current implementation.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add functionality to allow multi-selecting courses in the course assignment interface, so that multiple courses can be selected and assigned to a user simultaneously.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually assigning each course one by one, which is time-consuming and does not scale well when a user needs several courses.
