Description

Create AnchorPosition class for synchronization of geometries and alignments in RoadPlanNavigator & RoadElevationNavigator

Additional context

Clicking inside alignment in the floating window of the RoadPlanNavigator viewer, the equivalent vertical alignment is found and displayed in RoadElevationNavigator. Then with the click reference in the 3D model the translation is applied and synchronized.
