Did you read our navigation documentation? Did you look at our navigation demo? When baked from our menu it only bakes the terrain navigation. How exactly are you baking? |

If you have turned on editor collision on the terrain, and have set up your navigation region to respond to collision when baking, it will bake collision into the nav mesh. You can adjust the collision layers of your nav region to ignore the terrain if you want to keep collision enabled while baking.
If you disable editor collision (default) and bake from the Terrain3D menu, it will only bake Terrain3D navigable areas. Here the demo area is too big for a single bake, so I have specified an AABB in the navigation region / navigation mesh. This is working fine.
