1- go to _data in studyGroup repo and change the events or coffee-code Yaml files
2- open studyGroup.Rproj then go to File and open announcements.R in scripts directory and source it If the code runs successfully, it will ask you for confirmation and then it will create the evetns markdown files in the _posts and the issue in GitHub
3- add, commit and push your changes to the repo
