Lightmap UVs are incorrectly scaled on GLTF export #977

Describe the bug

On GLTF export, lightmap UVs are scaled down 75%, towards the top left of the UV space

Expected behavior

Lightmap UVs should fill the UV space, matching up with their corresponding lightmap textures

Relevant log output or exception with stacktrace

Deadlock
