Some of the panel textures from this aircraft look like derivative works from FlightGear's old 737-300 2D panel, which I assume are covered under the GPLv2 license and therefore safe to use.
However, Overhead.png looks drastically different to any other texture on this aircraft: suspiciously, it looks of much higher quality than the rest, which makes me think of a commercial (i.e., proprietary) implementation of the 737NG. PMDG maybe?
If my concerns are correct, then this texture is covered under a proprietary license and therefore its use in FlightGear is illegal. If so, it MUST be removed from this repository, and replaced with a freely licensed texture, as soon as possible.
