@francescosac95 I've done some digging with an explanation here, but if you'd like a workaround you could probably specify a defaultInputValue as well, perhaps looking up the key-input value pair externally since I assume you'll have access to the values your ComboBox will accept ahead of time

Yeah I managed to do a work around (Autofocusing after some milliseconds 🙈 ).

I thought about giving a defaultInputValue but there are too many places where I would need to do that and also thought about looking for the input value based on the key but it made the code too wonky and I abandoned the idea.
What I found super weird is that the problem persists even when the list of options is not async (maybe you explain this in the issue, not sure).
I have the workaround already in place and I will be waiting for the right fix. Let's move the discussion in the issue 🙏🏼
