CI Improvements #10
Description
- MacOS tasks can likely be made cheaper by creating a dedicated homebrew installation that's cached as a whole #12
- ci: Use a few sanitizers for linux task #11
- Use ccache for windows
- Test VPATH build (perhaps on the CompilerWarnings task, kinda ugly that we need to make clean)
- Test more OSs
- Run some optional sanity checks
- cpluspluscheck
- regenerate unicode files
