I would like to propose contributing to implement a "reveal" effect.

I'm using Animate.css for a broadcast TV titling program.
In the TV industry, the "reveal" effect is widely used for lower thirds, and I really need something like this:

It is very important that the effect does not use scaleX() or scaleY(), as they deform the content.
