Reproduction Steps

1. create a basic note type in anki desktop
2. edit card
   front html:
   {{Front}}
   back html:
   {{Front}}
{{Back}}
   css:

.question {
      font-size: 1.25em;
  }

3. enter to fields:
   front:
   This is a test, here is some random text just for testing
   back:
   This is a test, here is some random text just for testing

4. save and sync with ankidroid

5. review the test card in ankidroid

Expected Result

Front and Backside have the same font-size

Actual Result

Font-size on Backside is much smaller than Frontside
