I had the management server working fine for a few weeks. As of today, it stopped listening on ipv4/tcp port 8080 and I can't work out why or how to restore service. It suddenly only listens to ipv6 port 8080. I tried modifying bind.interface in server.properties but didn't make any difference.
Machine was not touched - neither updates or reboots as far as I can tell.
How do I recover and restore the service?
