Enhancement Request

This PR is a modification corresponding to apache/eventmesh-site#154. 'LiteMessage' was previously renamed to 'EventMeshMessage', but the renaming was not done completely in the code and documentation.

Describe the solution you'd like

Rename the remaining 'LiteMessage' to 'EventMeshMessage'.
