👟 Reproduction steps

Hi Appwrite Support,

I'm trying to use my own domain jekooo.me with Appwrite Sites.

Error in logs:
[12:29:15] Certificate generation failed: Failed to add domain to Fastly: {"msg":"Bad request","detail":"Domain 'jekooo.me' is owned by another customer"}

Proof of ownership:

• Domain registered on Namecheap: 2025-10-24
• Nameservers: alexa.ns.cloudflare.com, sonny.ns.cloudflare.com
• CNAME configured: @ → jeko1107-github-io.appwrite.network (Proxy ON)
• Site ID: jeko1107-github-io
• WHOIS attached (privacy redacted, but I am the registrant)

Please release the Fastly claim and provision the certificate.
