Ubuntu 26.04 (Resolute Raccoon) was released on Friday. To make sure vulnerabilities in images based on it are detected by Trivy, we'll need to:

• ingest CVEs for 26.04 from the Ubuntu CVE Tracker into the Trivy DB (feat(vulnsrc): add advisories for Ubuntu 26.04 LTS trivy-db#662);
• detect 26.04 as a supported OS in Trivy (feat(ubuntu): detect Ubuntu 26.04 LTS #10592).
