TST: regression in weekly cron #16724

astropy.coordinates.tests.test_regression.py::test_regression_futuretimes_4302 is currently failing on at least 3 "exotic" archs (example logs) with the following error:

FAILED astropy/coordinates/tests/test_regression.py::test_regression_futuretimes_4302 - erfa.core.ErfaWarning: ERFA function "dtf2d" yielded 1 of "dubious year (Note 6)"

For now all I have is a hunch but I suspect that

• this problem is probably not platform specific, but instead specific to some combination of flags that pytest is run with
• this may be a consequence of Fix IERS_Auto logic now that IERS-A is bundled #16187 or Fix the caching of the table constructed using bundled IERS-A and IERS-B files #16697 (ping @ayshih in case it's obvious to you)
