  5. Add diskpart script to customize partitioning and make the ESP bigger 

    This isn't enabled in autounattend.xml because I don't think that's
quite necessary (and it would be *very* destructive to have this happen
automatically by default).

Theoretically, run this with Shift-F10 during setup to get a command
prompt and then run "diskpart /S X:\partitions.txt" or similar.
