The v1 and latest tags point to v1.4.2 rather than v1.4.3.

Any workflows using awalsh128/cache-apt-pkgs-action@v1 or awalsh128/cache-apt-pkgs-action@latest may still run into issues due to the deprecation of actions/upload-artifact@v3.

Temporary Workaround

For others running into this, solution is to explicitly pin the v1.4.3 tag by using awalsh128/[email protected] in your workflow.
