Use case

Currently APIGatewayAuthorizerRequestEvent and APIGatewayAuthorizerRequestEventV2 only support the aws partition. It needs to be patched to dynamically partition, as this will support US GOV and China.

Solution/User Experience

Add support to dynamic partitions.
