Why is this needed?

We need to update the urllib3 package to a newer version to address potential security vulnerabilities and take advantage of new features and improvements.

Current State

Currently, our project is using urllib3 version <2. This version has potential vulnerabilities issues.

Risk Level:

• Medium - urllib3 is a fundamental dependency for our HTTP operations and can break some dependency resolutions
