A pull request in upstream Bootstrap updated the JavaScript in the build subdirectory to use ESM
twbs/bootstrap#38984
Some of the latest version bumps to the dev dependencies have started to fail without these changes.
Conditions of satisfaction
- Should maintain error-free synchronization with upstream Bootstrap's dev dependencies.
