Seems like in 1.3.0 either broke, or I could not find the change that broke.
We have an internal in requirements.txt:

3rd Party Includes

git+ssh:///[email protected] # json-checker

This used to work just fine for a long time. when I try to upgae 1.3.0, it breaks
``Error in fail: Only '.whl', '.tar.gz' or '.zip' files are supported, got '[email protected]'```

So are we not working with .git's anymore?
