Could not open file #899

Description

@arnesveen

Describe the bug
I have used the BirdNET Analyser without problems, but I need to install it on a new and more powerful Win11 PC.
Then I get the error message Could not open file on the a file named BirdNET_Global_6K_V2.4_Model_FP32.tflite. This happens both in Batch and single analysis. I can see with the file explorer that the file is there.
I have also tried to remove and reinstall the analyzer, but the error persists.
I have analyzed the same WAV files on the old computer and it works fine.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
For the GUI:

  1. For the single analysis:
  2. Clear the spectrogram click box, Import a wav file, (one hour long)
  3. Adjust some of the interference settings
  4. Import a species file (previous genereated by location)
  5. Model selections = BirdNET V2.4
  6. Locale = NO
  7. Press Analyse

The error message comes after a few seconds
When I run in batch it seems that I get one error pr. file in the set.

Expected behavior
