The malc0de feed (https://malc0de.com/bl/BOOT and https://malc0de.com/bl/ZONES and https://malc0de.com/bl/IP_Blacklist.txt) seems to be discontinued. Website does no longer exist.

• remove intelmq.bots.parsers.malc0de.parser
• remove collector and parser from the default configuration
• add an upgrade function warning if these bots exist in the current configuration
• remove the entry from the feeds list (intelmq/etc/feeds.yaml)
