My cluster auditors want every component to have a targeted NetworkPolicy.

Describe the feature you'd like

The hubble-relay pod can probably have a pretty aggressive policy by default as it has known entry and exit points.

The hubble-ui pod should probably default to a super aggressive policy and expect folks to either connect via the cilium hubble ui or know how to setup the relevant service and network policy.
