vmm: Don't store the snapshot on the DeviceManager
Storing the snapshot causes issues when needing to do a subsequent hotplug instead just pass it through on all the methods that need it making the lifecycle cleaner. Assisted-by: Claude:Opus-4.6 Signed-off-by: Rob Bradford <[email protected]>
